1,000 Books before Kindergarten

One of the best ways to encourage learning is to spend time sharing books every day. 1000 Books Before Kindergarten is a free program that challenges you to read 1000 books with your child before they start school. Reading together helps develop important pre-reading skills which are key to school and learning success. Plus, sharing stories together is fun! Stop in at either branch to get started.
